Aquaservice’s Corporate Policy, through its Quality, Sustainability, Food Safety and Environmental Management Systems, encompasses the Design, Production, Distribution and Provision of the distribution service of natural mineral water and soft drinks, at home, with dispenser; as well as the reconditioning of dispensers and coffee machines.

In Aquaservice we evaluate the environmental aspects, detecting that the most significant are the consumption of water, energy and materials, the generation of waste and the carbon footprint derived from the distribution of our product. Therefore, Aquaservice is committed to environmental protection, including pollution prevention, setting reduction targets.

Aquaservice promotes the Food Safety culture to all personnel through a continuous communication plan, a risk analysis, employee feedback, among others.

Aquaservice is a new convenient and sustainable way to drink water at home or at work. Convenient because we bring the bottles to you and sustainable because with the water dispenser and reusable bottles you do not generate waste. Zero waste.

All 20-liter drums, which hold both soft drinks and mineral water, are made of reusable and recyclable material.

For this reason, we collect the empty containers and, in the production centers of the springs, they are sanitized and bottled again. Thus, when you drink from our dispensers, you enjoy a sustainable way of drinking and care for the planet.

In addition, the water dispensers have double faucet and thermostat, which allows you to regulate the temperature and drink to your liking, without having to take up space in the refrigerator or be aware of boiling water for infusions.

With Aquaservice you will never run out of water because every four weeks we come to your home to deliver the bottles of your plan. For your convenience, you can check your delivery day on the Aquaservice App, from which you can select the units you want the delivery driver to deliver or add products such as coffee or Aquaservice bottles of natural mineral water. If you wish, you can also leave a note for your delivery person.

If you consume the bottles of your plan, before the next delivery, just call us at 963 000 333 or send us an alert through the App, so that we can bring you the bottles you need within 48 hours until your next delivery.

An Aquaservice bottle contains a volume of 20 liters. And this is the general format for both our soft drink and mineral water. With this capacity, you avoid having to change the bottle frequently and can comfortably enjoy our home delivery service.

In addition, to make it easier to grip, Aquaservice canisters have an ergonomic handle and an anti-spill valve so that if you need to remove it from the dispenser when full, not a single drop is lost.

All Aquaservice water dispensers have a thermostat on the back that allows you to vary the coolness to serve the refreshing drink to your liking, whatever the season of the year.

To change the temperature: turn the dispenser to access the rear panel. You will see that the water machine has three positions: “cold”, “colder” and “very cold”.

By moving it to one side or the other, select the position you want. It is very easy.

Put the water dispenser back in its place and… enjoy!

In Aquaservice we are always at your disposal for whatever you need. From our headquarters in Valencia, we provide service throughout Spain. But, in addition, with the App, we are always at your disposal, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including holidays). You can know your delivery, modify it, change your plan, check your invoices, leave a note to the delivery person…

Our home water dispensers fit in just the space of a 32 cm square tile. With the bottle in place, its height is 137cm. Our recommendation is to install it near an electrical outlet so that, when plugged in, you can enjoy hot and cold water at the same time (if it is turned off, you will drink at room temperature). Most of our customers place the water fountain in the kitchen or living room. It’s up to you. The important thing is that it is in a place within everyone’s reach. If you have little ones at home, we recommend that you leave them a glass nearby. With this trick, hydrating will be almost like a game. They will drink more.

Of course, you can change it at any time and free of charge so that it always adapts to your actual consumption. We know that in summer, for example, people drink more and that during the holiday season, you may even have more guests at home, so if you foresee that your consumption will vary, we recommend that you change your plan from the app.

If you do not wish to modify it, but you want to receive more units, you can also select them from your cell phone. And even if, between deliveries, you have run out of bottles or coffee, let us know and in a maximum of 48 hours, we will bring them to you.

Don’t worry, you can leave the empty bottles at the door and your delivery driver will replace them with the full bottles you need. You can use the customer App to tell him how many bottles you request and even leave a note if you need to, it’s that simple!

Very simple, you can check the day of delivery by opening your application, available for Android and iOs. It is totally free.

However, to let you know, two days before the delivery, you will receive a notification by email and/or sms.
