Aquaservice is able to have traceability of each and every bottle delivered, from the source to its destination.
On each cap, the label is printed with a QR that serves as an identification plate. It indicates the batch to which it belongs, the date and even the time of production.
When the delivery man drops off the bottles at home or at the company, he scans the QR of each one and this information is recorded. It is total and perfect traceability.

Upon arrival at the production centers in the springs, each bottle is inspected before being deposited in the washing circuit. There, they are sanitized inside and out at high temperatures to guarantee the safety of their subsequent filling with maximum food safety.
The bottle sanitization process at production sites is at the heart of our circular economy. Remember that each bottle has an average lifespan of 50 uses. This means that, with a single container, you enjoy more than 1,000 liters. Can you imagine how much single-use plastic you are saving? We tell you, 36 kilos of plastic saved with just one of our bottles.
To achieve this, our quality department also supervises and controls the entire sanitization process with a strict washing program, at maximum temperature, which guarantees optimal cleaning of both the inside and outside of the bottle. And, of course, when the bottle reaches the end of its useful life, as it is 100% recyclable, we will recover the raw material to create new products.

In all production centers, located next to the springs, we have a laboratory team that monitors production 24 hours a day. And when we say 24 hours a day, it is because whenever the bottling machine is running, every clock hour, the technical staff extracts a sample that is analyzed on the spot to check the composition, certify that it meets all our standards and guarantee that the result will be optimal for you.

It’s easy to explain. We are the only supplier of bottled water in Spain capable of knowing where the bottles we deliver are located. Each one of them, when bottled, is labeled with a Qr that works like a license plate. It tells us the production batch, the date of bottling and even the time.
