As long as you have it connected to the mains, the blue faucet will serve you a glass at a cold temperature. On the back of the water machine, you will find an adjustable thermostat with which you can select the degree of freshness: from cold to colder.
It will only take a few minutes and, if you modify it, you will be able to enjoy it at the new temperature immediately.
The red faucet gives you two options. When turned off, it always provides water at room temperature. And, if you turn it on, in just five minutes, it will serve you water above 80º so that you can prepare an infusion or drink a soluble coffee.
